Customer Comments

We at Canadian Waters, Inc. receive quite a few letters from our customers. Below you will be able to read what some of our customers have to say.

Dear Canadian Waters,

We would like to thank you for all your help during our recent trip to the Quetico. I was injured while I was cleaning a fish and your outfitter was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. We hope to see you again soon.

Thanks,

Hi Dan,

Just a short note to thank you again for a wonderful trip. Your equipment, food, and customer service was the best in the Boundary Waters 40 years ago, and you?ve only made it better. You really run a world-class operation! We?re looking forward already to our next trip.

Best Regards,
Bruce

Dear Dan:

I wanted to compliment you and Ryan on the great staff that you have working for you. Everyone was very helpful and we really appreciate the attention you show us each year. It is always an adventure coming up for 1-1/2 weeks and it is certainly relaxing. I did not get a chance to personally thank you after I had time to take the long hot shower.

Thanks again for the replacement polls for our tent. Have a great year.

Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Waters,

Thank you for going out of your way to insure that our Boy Scout Troop 82 (Panama City, FL) had an outstanding trip.

Your outfitting and staff were both first class. The little things you did to help our kids get past the disappointment of bad weather the first day, delaying their float plane ride into Quetico really helped. Your detailed help to insure every aspect of our trip from the route we paddled to the food and equipment were great.

We do appreciate your efforts and will encourage any groups from our area or individuals to utilize your service.

Thanks again for helping to provide a great experience we will never forget.

Sincerely,
Steve Ransom

Dear Mr. Cranford,

Boy Scout Troop 82 completed a ten-day trip to the Boundary Waters Minnesota/Quetico Provincial Park Canada on June 7, 2004. Everyone had a tremendous time.

Our scouts wanted to fly to Canada via a float plane. We decided to utilize an outfitter that could provide this service.

Canadian Waters (at www.canadianwaters.com) has been owned and operated for over 40 years by Dan Waters. They provided us with outstanding service at reasonable rates, discounted for BSA. I would highly recommend anyone going to Boundary Waters or Quetico to utilize his services.

If anyone contacts you about such a trip, I would also be glad to help in any way I can. It was a great experience for our scouts and the adults who participated.

Sincerely,
Steve Ransom
